All our classes have a minimum number of participants.
If that number is not reached we may cancel the class and provide you with a full refund.
No refunds will be issued in the case of non attendance.
Although the greatest of care is taken with your ceramic works of art, due to the nature of clay we cannot guarantee every piece will survive the firing process.
In the unfortunate event your piece does not survive we are not able to issue a refund or credit.
